We protect embedded systems where failures become expensive or cost lives. At Emproof, we harden software at the binary level against reverse engineering, manipulation, and exploits without needing to touch the customer's source code. Relevant for Automotive, Medical, and Defense.

We're not looking for a slide deck manager. We're looking for someone who builds a pipeline, leads and closes enterprise deals, and turns them into a scalable sales engine.

Your mission

You will take commercial responsibility for our enterprise sales and turn technology into revenue.

You will

  • Build outbound pipeline: Identify accounts, make initial contacts, qualify, lead deals to closing
  • Manage Enterprise Buying Center: Engineering, Security, Safety, Procurement, Management
  • Conduct clean discovery: Problem, Risk, Value, Decision Criteria, Next Steps
  • Set up sales system: CRM discipline, Stages, Forecast, Deal Reviews, Playbooks
  • Sharpen focus: Ideal Customer Profile, Messaging, Priorities, Product Feedback
  • Prospectively build a team once the playbook is established

Must-have

  • 3 to 7+ years of B2B sales for complex tech in enterprise settings
  • Ability to remain stable through long cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Capability to explain reverse engineering, exploits, and protection mechanisms clearly
  • Structured work approach: Pipeline is not wishful thinking for you
  • Fluent in German and English (negotiation level)

Nice-to-have

  • Contacts or experience in Automotive, Medical, or Defense
  • Security background or proximity to embedded systems
